Chef Mathieu Palombino is a Belgian-born chef and graduate of hotel school in Belgium. Destiny and wanderlust brought him to New York City at the age of 20, where he spent over a decade working alongside some of the city’s most celebrated chefs. After this time, he launched his award-winning Motorino Neapolitan pizzerias in New York City and eventually expanded with locations around the world.

Today, Chef Mathieu offers private dinners and unique catering experiences in the Hamptons, where he resides with his family. His cuisine reflects the meals he loves most: the grand traditions of French gastronomy, the rustic regional cooking of Italy, the joyful Italian wedding feasts of his youth, the comforting classics of American home cooking - past and present, maritime specialties of the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts, and street foods from New York to Singapore.

Chef Mathieu maintains personal relationships with many of the finest purveyors in New York City, giving him a handpicked selection of exceptional ingredients for every event.
