The Rosticceria, the ultimate in celebration, is a top-of-the-line French rotisserie on wheels. Pasture-raised chickens slowly turn as they roast over open flames and are accompanied by rotisserie potatoes, market vegetables, salads, and housemade condiments. Also available are dry-aged ribeye and tomahawks, legs of lamb, and suckling pigs, all served in an elegant buffet style.

Like our pizza and pasta parties, we arrive fully equipped with everything needed for service. The rotisserie is in motion as guests arrive, creating a warm atmosphere reminiscent of a countryside festival. Meats are carved in front of guests and served buffet-style by our attentive staff, with the option to add additional waitstaff if you'd prefer a seated meal. Chicken remaining after service is packaged neatly for you or your guests to take home before the dessert table is set.
