Chianti Dinners
Our three-course Chianti dinners are a tribute to the butcher's craft. This seated dinner begins with pappa al pomodoro and a visit from our salumi mini truck filled with fine Parma hams. The main event is the bistecca alla Fiorentina: handpicked, dry-aged porterhouse grilled over charcoal and served alongside rustic sides. The meal concludes with light cakes and cookies, vin santo, and a touch of grappa.
